Freddy Tan's Achievements
Frederick Tan had won numerous awards and achieve plenty achievements in his life; be it career, studies, community and international. To him, awards and achievements are not the main parts, but the most important of all is to able to learn what you can't learn, able to see what you can't see, and able to face what you can't face in life.
U-EDGE Award: Overachiever Award
For consecutive 3 years, Freddy had won the U-EDGE Awards for his excellent performance in his studies, co-curricular activities, projects and clubs in APU (Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation) and Staffordshire University.

The total achievements he had attained for the 3 years of U-EDGE Awards are 89 achievements and being First Grade holder in all his academic years.
ISPA Award
2009-2010
Frederick Tan is the founder of STOP Project (Save Towards Our Peace) which emphasizes on two main criteria which are environmental and peace. In environmental, his "Global Warming Campaign" had made a very good start by able to provide the awareness of the environment threat and able to raise the fund for the Polio Eradication event.

In peace, the founder had cooperated with United Nation Associated Organization, (Soka Gakkai International) for organizing the "Transforming Human Spirit: A Culture of Violence to A Culture of Peace" Exhibition. The exhibition had reached the target of hitting 350 visitors for visit the exhibitions and taking part in the activities.

The founder had collaborated with 20 International Rotaract Clubs from 20 different countries in doing this marvelous project, STOP Project.
BSc. (Hons) Multimedia
Frederick Tan got his 1st Class Honors in his Bsc. (Hons) Multimedia (Business Computing) which awarded by Staffordshire University, UK. He scored well in almost all of his academic years for the Degree.
Blue Belt in WTF Taekwondo
Frederick got his blue belt in WTF Taekwondo and he firmly believes in the near future, he will earn his black belt.

Overall, Frederick passed his MBA with the grade of Distinction (D) which awarded by Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia. Besides of his studies, he also been appointed as Social Media Director for VU Master Club during the period of his MBA programme.

Rotaract Awards in Year 2009 - 2012 and MUNR in 2011 - 2012
Frederick had started being a member, and later promoted to be International Service Director in end of 2009 and won the ISPA award in 2010, further nominated his projects on 2011 and 2012 for STOP Project and HI Project. In term of 2011 - 2012, he had become a president for Rotaract Club of UCTI (now known as APU) and won the Best Presidential Award in 2012. Besides that, he also appointed as Malaysian United Nation Representative (MUNR) for the term of 2011 - 2012.

He passed his professional certification in Advanced Leadership and Management (ALM) with the high score of Distinction awarded by London Examination Board (accreditated by London School of Economics and Commerce) which also, his qualification been awarded by ABC Awards and Certa Awards for his outstanding achievements in the ALM program; such as Balanced Scorecard, Decision-Making Process, and Advanced Leadership Skills.
